YOGH
YOGH: The person who has come out of other attractions of the world and is having full faith in LORD SHIV is actually eligible for YOGH. Now a day the YOGH has become an exercise and is without any BHAV which can cure the disease of the body but the soul is not cured without the BHAV (intentions). YOGH is of five types.
1. MANTAR YOGH: By practice of chanting MANTARS and doing YOGA with a stable mind and having the concentration in the LORD SHIV with out any doubt is called the MANTAR YOGH. This is necessary that the YOGI shall have the undoubted faith in the LORD SHIV because all the other worship procedure has the TRIDOSH means the mistake can be occurred due to the DOSHS of three GUNS named the SATVIK. RAJASI or the TAMASI GUNS while the LORD SHIV is above all the three GUNS. Reference http//
2. SPARSH YOGH: In this stage of the YOGH the YOGI is able to concentrate his/her attention in the basic meaning of the MANTAR and then can practice the PRANAYAM.
3. BHAV YOGH: In this stage of the YOGH the YOGI do not need to chant MANTAR to concentrate in the LORD SHIV and can feel close to the GOD by his feelings. So the SPARSH YOGH is without the SPARSH of MANTAR.
4. ABHAV YOGH: In this stage the YOGI forget about the world and got merged in his/ her inner conscious. The person does not feel any thing and is unconcerned with the happenings around him. This is ABHAV YOG.
5. MAHAYOGH: In this stage the YOGI sees only LORD SHIV in every thing and do not find any thing except LORD SHIV. So the CHINTAN of UPADHISHOONAY SHIV SVABHAV and the MUNVARITI is SHIVMAY is MAHAYOG. In this stage the YOGI got the shivering while remembering the LORD SHIV some time the YOGI start shedding tears from the eyes while remembering the LORD SHIV. Such stage is called the MAHAYOG.
The person has the right to do YOGH only when the intention of the person is free from the attractions of this world and the world after death. The person can analyze the draw back of the both the worlds. Since living in the heaven also is a BHOG YONI. YOGH is having six or eight parts named YUM, NIYUM, SWASTIK etc. AASAN, PRANAYM, PRATYAHAR, DHARNA, DHYAN, SMADHI.
YUM: NON-VIOLANCE, TRUTH, ASTAY, BRAHAMCHARAY (Sanctity of bachelorship), APRIGRAH are the AVYAVS of YUM.
NIYUM: SHOCH, SANTOSH, TUP, JUP, PRANIDHAN are the five divisions.
AASAN: SWASTIK AASAN, PADHMASAN, ARDH CHANDER AASAN,
VEERASAN, YOGASAN, PRASIDHATASAN, PRYAKASAN or AASAN as per interest are the 8 BHEDS of AASANS.
PRANAYAM: The air which appears in the body is called PRAN. It means that the air which comes into existence with the start of life is called the PRAN VAYU and the life remains till the PRAN remains in the body. Stopping that air inside the body is called AAYAM. So the PRANAYAM means stopping the air of life in the body. It is also believed that the number of breaths are counted and preallotted. The death’s time, place,
Reason and number of breaths are fixed at the time of the birth. If any one of these is controlled by the human then he/she can extend the life period. So by doing the PRANAYAM the YOGIES change the rate of their breathes and make their life longer. PRANAYAM has three BHEDS- RECHAK, PURAK, KUMBHAK.
RECHAK: closing the nose from one side of the nose and pulling the air out from other side with force as DHOKANI.
PURAK: Filling the air in the body from other side of nose is called PURAK.
KUMBHAK: Stopping the air in the body.
The PRANAYAM is of 4 types which are divided according to MATRAS ( quantity) and GUNS. (quality)
One MATRA is equal to the time taken by the hand in taking a around of the knee with normal speed while sounding the CHUTKI.
1. KANAYAK or PRATHAM UDGHAT: It has 12 MATRAS.
2. MADHYAM PRANAYAM: It has 24 MATRAS.
3. UTTAM PRANAYAM: It has 36 MATRAS.
4. SARVOTKRISHT PRANAYAM: Feeling SAVED and KAMPAN in the body.
PRANAYAM further has the two BHEDS- AGARBH, SAGARBH.
AGARBH is without any JUP or TUP and SAGARBH is with JUP and TUP.
In today’s time the general opinion about YOGA is more of an exercise of the body then of the spiritual meditation. YOGA without spiritual meditation is called AGARBH YOGA and with spiritual meditation is called SAGARBH YOGA which thousands time better and effective then previous one.
VAYU is of 10 types-PRAN, APAN, SAMAAN, UDHAN, VYAN, NAGH, KURM, KARKAL, DEVDUTT, DHANANJAY.
PRAN do the PRAYAN or run the breathing in our body. APAN take the food towards down, VYAN increase all the parts of the body, UDHAN do the activeness in all the sensitive and active parts of body. SAMAN increases all the parts equally, the reason of vomiting out from the mouth is NAGH, sneezing is KRUKKAL, JAMAHI is DEVDUTT, opening eyes is KURM and DHANANJAUY is available in the body every where and do not leave even after the death. By doing the PRAN VIJAY the VAYU of the body is won.
By removing from the ASAKAT VISHAYS (subjectivity towards the physical comforts) of the INDERIES (senses) and concentrating the self in side towards the soul is called PRATYAHAR.
Binding the concentration (CHITH) at one place is called DHARANA (belief) and that place is only LORD SHIV and all other places has the TRIDOSHS. TRIDOSH happens due to the three GUNS called the SATVIK, RAJASI or TAMASI. Concentrating (CHINTAN) on the path of LORD SHIV with VIKSHEPRAHIT CHIT (having no doubt in the mind about the LORD SHIV) is DHAYAN. One should see the SHIV and SHIVA as one and the same.
One DHARANA is made up of 12 PRANAYAM.
One DHAYAN is made of 12 DHARANAS.
One SAMADHI is made of 12 DHYANS.
In SAMADHI the YOGI put all his concentration in the DHYEY (aim) and should see that only and neither see, nor listen, not feel any thing else. Nor he does any SANKALAP (commitment) or VIKALAP (alternate) from his MUN.
There are 10 VIGHANS (hindrances) found in the YOGH: LAZYNESS, CRITICAL ILLNESS, PARMADH(carelessness), SATHAN SANSHAY (confusion about the existence of GOD), ANVASTHIT CHITATA (unstable mind), ASHARDA (disbelief), BRAHANTI DHARSHAN (confusions), DUKH (pain or sadness), DAURMANASAY ( sadness due to unfulfilled desires), VISHAY LAULUPTA (diversion towards the physical attractions).
DUKH is of 3 types.
ADHYATMIK: It is spiritual and due to the illiteracy in the or field of spirituality or due to the less spiritual knowledge the human become dissatisfied and become sad..
ADHI BHOOTIK: Illness due to previous KARAMS. These are the problem which human face due to its bad deeds in the previous births and it has to pay for those mistakes.
ADHI DEVIK: Due to VIDHUTPAAT, weapons or poison.
LORD SHIV is the GOD of YOGIES and is present in NIRAKAR and SAKAR ROOP both. The DHYAN of LORD SHIV in YOGH is of 2 types – SAVISHAY, NIRVISHAY.
SAVISHAY DHYAN takes the shelter of JYOTI and in NIRVISHAY AVALAMBHAN of SUKSHAM TATAV. The SAVISHAY means concentrating while imagining a particular shape of the GOD while the NIRVISHAY means having no imagination of any particular shape or picture of the GOD. SAVISHAY DHYAN is AVLAMBHAN of the SAKAR ( SABEEJ) ROOP. NIRVISHAY is the BHODHYA ANUBHUV of the NIRBEEJ or NIRAKAR ROOP.
PRANAYAM gives the
SHANTI: Means removing all the doubts from the mind or SHAMAN OF ALL THE AAPADHAS
PRASHANTI: Destruction of TUM (AGHYAN) from outside and inside. Means that it destroys all the bad habits from inside mind and the body.
DIPTI: Light of knowledge inside and outside the human.

DHYAN: Repeated CHINTAN(remembering) of LORD SHIV with faith without any doubt.
DHEY: the target where the mind is to be concentrate means SAMBHSADHASHIV.
The ultimate aim of doing the YOGA shall be clear. Some people do it for health of the body some do it for the spiritual growth. So the aim shall be clear.
Without DHYAN the GYAN is not achievable and without GYAN the DHYAN is not possible.
